Herbal Bath - postpartum herbal bath

The mix contains four carefully selected herbs:

Witch Hazel Yarrow Calendula Lavender

These botanicals are traditionally used in care rituals surrounding the period after childbirth.

The herbs are contained in an extra-large, biodegradable filter bag, so you can easily make a powerful herbal infusion without loose herbs in the bath.

Let the herb sachet steep in hot water and add the herbal infusion to a warm bath.

No bath? The infusion can also be prepared and used in a peri bottle for a nurturing postpartum ritual.

Although the Herbal Bath was originally developed for the postpartum period, the botanical blend is gentle enough to be used as a herbal bath at other times as well.

When a baby is born, many gifts automatically go to the little one.

The Herbal Bath is actually a gift for mom.

An invitation to, whenever possible, make some time for her own body and her own moment.

A baby is born. But also a mother.
